Can you bring a big toy (ex. scooter) on a carry-on or non carry-on baggage?

My son has been bugging me about bringing his scooter in a plastic bag and putting it into one of the baggages… I need answers by tomorow cause thats when I leave!

no, not on cary on baggage, but yes you can have as check in luggage…….but it might get damaged there.
