What was the name of this helicopter toy?
As a kid in the late 70’s / early 80’s I had a helicopter toy as described below. 10 points to the first person who can name the manufacturer, name of the toy and where I can get one from, thanks.
Decription:
The helicopter was yellow in colour, had two rotors (like a Chinook) and was connected to a central base by a thin arm.
Helicopter throttle and direction could be controlled from a wired remote controller so it would fly around the base, on its arm, in a circle.
Possibly made by Airfix or Matchbox, not sure.
RescueCopter, I’m pretty sure it was put out by Mattel. I had one when I was a kid. It came with a cardboard street and a road block that you could pick up with the helecopter.
