How would we go about giving away about 10,000 toys at Christmas to needy children?

We are in the position to give away 10,000 toys at Christmas to needy children in the Nashville, TN area. We need direction as to how to begin to go about doing this.

Ask salvation army, toys for tots how they manage distrubution, (you may be better off joining forces), but if you want to remain independent you should check with the local social services office, boys and girls clubs, childrens hospitals. They can probably give you an idea of who might need such a thing and how to organize it. Good luck.
